This work supports farmers in reducing their environmental impact, enhancing profitability, and improving quality of life.
Bruce is passionate about innovation and takes pride in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit that others bring into his business journey.

Jo Thomson
Production Manager

Jo is the Production Manager at TNUE, responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, including management of production staff, coordination of inwards and outwards goods, and ensuring smooth general operational activities.
She has 20 years’ experience in dairy manufacturing in a range of roles from grass to glass. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, mountain biking, and gardening.

Jane is the Technical Manager at Tnue, providing a vital link between the manufacturing and sales team across product development, quality control and technical support.
With over 17 years’ experience as an agricultural professional, Jane brings a deep understanding of fertiliser and farm systems knowledge to the team.
Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, mountain biking and exploring the great outdoors with her young family.

Grant Gillard

Grant brings decades of agricultural experience and a strong passion for the land to his role in Technical Sales at Tnue. Based in Waikato, he supports growth across Northland and the Bay of Plenty by working closely with distributor teams, farm advisors, and growers to deliver practical, tailored solutions that drive long-term success.
His career began on a sheep and beef farm near Te Puke in the late 1970s, later moving into kiwifruit orchard management and leadership roles with Dalgety Crown and Wrightson. For the past 24 years, he has focused on soil and plant health, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor with fertiliser cooperatives across Waikato and Northland. Away from work, Grant enjoys time with family and friends, gardening, DIY, bush walks, and summers at Papamoa Beach.

Harrison Ward
Technical Sales - Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Lower North Island

Harrison is from Palmerston North and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness with a minor in Horticulture. He has worked across fertiliser, soil agronomy, and rural insurance, building practical experience in nutrient management and supporting growers.
Harrison has also lived and worked in Alberta, Canada, gaining international experience in nutrient management systems and large-scale agriculture.
He now lives on a kiwifruit orchard in the Western Bay of Plenty, staying closely connected to the realities of horticulture. Outside of work, he enjoys bow fishing and surfing on the weekends.

In her spare time, Chloe enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and diving.

Billy is the Plant Operator at TNUE. He has a background in manufacturing with various roles across the Central North Island.
